Ce syst\u00e8me poss\u00e8de cependant d\u2019importantes limites&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group card-block\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kilimoproject.itk.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/kilimo_icon_securise.svg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1627\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"checks-list wp-block-list\"><li>Une <strong>faible adaptabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la demande<\/strong>&nbsp;: Les fertilisants subventionn\u00e9s ne sont pas toujours adapt\u00e9s au contexte p\u00e9doclimatique, aux besoins des productions, \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode de demande et \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s au site de distribution.<\/li><li>Des <strong>comportements ill\u00e9gaux<\/strong>&nbsp;: Un tiers des intrants serait d\u00e9tourn\u00e9 pour une revente ill\u00e9gale, sans compter les demandes de \u00ab&nbsp;pot de vin&nbsp;\u00bb pour int\u00e9grer le syst\u00e8me de subvention.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Le projet KILIMO doit permettre de mieux piloter les besoins en intrants pour qu\u2019ils arrivent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019agriculteur, et s\u2019assurer qu\u2019ils soient correctement utilis\u00e9s par celui-ci :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group card-block\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kilimoproject.itk.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/kilimo_icon_boost.svg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1628\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"checks-list wp-block-list\"><li>Par exemple pour cr\u00e9er un syst\u00e8me de subventions bas\u00e9 sur les simulations ou sur les tailles r\u00e9elles des parcelles plut\u00f4t qu\u2019une dose fixe par cultivateur.<\/li><li>En <strong>indiquant les dates d\u2019apport de fertilisants optimales<\/strong> qui permettront de valoriser les rendements (jouer sur les dates d\u2019apport afin de produire plus avec la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 d\u2019azote) pour <strong>motiver les cultivateurs \u00e0 transformer les fertilisants en rendement<\/strong> suppl\u00e9mentaire valorisable plut\u00f4t que de les revendre.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-white-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#263238\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center has-white-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-r-seau-d-extension-officers\">R\u00e9seau d\u2019extension officers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Les \u00ab&nbsp;Extension Officers \u00bb \u00e9paulent les cultivateurs tout au long de la saison. Cependant, leur faible nombre par rapport au nombre d\u2019agriculteurs limite la port\u00e9e de leurs actions. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019application FieldSim, eTumba souhaite <strong>optimiser leur temps de travail<\/strong>. Ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un <strong>outil d\u2019animation de leur r\u00e9seau d\u2019agriculteurs<\/strong> qu\u2019ils pourront facilement contacter (gr\u00e2ce aux num\u00e9ros de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et \u00e0 l\u2019envoi automatique de SMS) et qu\u2019ils pourront facilement conseiller gr\u00e2ce aux indicateurs disponibles dans l\u2019application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Les Extension Officers ont \u00e9galement un <strong>r\u00f4le de contr\u00f4le <\/strong>dans la gestion des intrants. Ils valideront la mise en production effective des parcelles de ma\u00efs pour \u00e9viter les fausses d\u00e9clarations et l\u2019envoi inutile de fertilisants.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"gradient-text has-luminous-vivid-amber-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-digitalisation-et-meilleure-visibilit-de-la-production\">2.
